GUARANTEE

Order Guarantee – whilst we endeavour to keep all items in stock, sometimes due to demand and the diversity of our range we inevitably have some items out of stock. If you would like to check an item is in stock, please email sales@glitternation.co.uk with the product code and we will reply within 12 hours.

If you proceed to our checkout to buy an item and the product is found to be out of stock, we will immediately refund any money transferred and associated costs. We will also endeavour to re-order the item for your purchase and advise you via email when it becomes available.

Postage/shipping guarantee – upon receipt of your order and received funds, the item will be dispatched to your address within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) by Royal Mail special delivery with insurance up to the value of the item. The item can then be tracked and Royal Mail guarantee delivery or refund.

Returns guarantee – if the item arrives in anyway damaged please let us know immediately and also advise the post office in the event that a claim has to be made against them. We will endeavour to resolve the problem as soon as possible but please don’t hesitate to call if the item is faulty or does not meet your satisfaction upon receipt, please return them immediately by Royal Mail special delivery within 3 days of receipt, and we will provide a full refund. This excludes any items worn or damaged in any way.
